Diane Barron was a gymnast in St. Louis, MO and continued her gymnastics at Missouri State University (formally Southwest Missouri State). She was Regional Champion on Floor Exercise. Diane graduated in 1977 with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education and Science. Barron Gymnastics was established in 1978 by Diane Barron. The program was held in various facilities in the Windsor School District where Diane taught Elementary Physical Education and Coached the High School Gymnastic Team and remained there until 1994. In the fall of 1994, the growing business moved to a 10,000 square foot rented space were they remained for three years. In the fall of 1997, due to the tremendous success and the potential to offer many other programs, Joe and Diane Barron built a 14,000 square foot state of the art gymnastics and children’s activity center. Joe Barron was a member of two National Championship soccer teams, one on the club level and the second on the College Level. Before joining Barron Gymnastics in 1995 Joe was in the Graphic Arts business for over 20 years. Joe oversaw the design and construction of their current facility. Our entire staff participates in extensive teaching and office training both locally and nationally. Their training also includes a safety course designed specifically for our facility. All of our Department Leaders are CPR and USA Gymnastics Safety Certified. As owners we are proud to serve the community by teaching children 14 months to teens gymnastics, fitness, cheerleading, tumbling and trampoline. Our special activities include birthday parties, open gyms, field trips, activity nights, camps and clinics.
