B-Fit Fitness

  • B-Fit FitnessBoys & Girls – 6 years and older.
  • Students will improve their strength, fitness, and sports readiness.
  • Student will focus on cardiovascular conditioning, strength, flexibility, and team building.
  • Students will learn about healthy living and good nutrition using interactive, educational handouts.
  • Imagine . . . push ups on a 30’ long trampoline, swimming through a free foam pit, moving through fun obstacle courses, pull ups on bars before falling into the pit, and the list of fun goes on and on!
  • Students will receive a USAG Fitness Certificate at the end of the term.
  • Directed by former Level 9 Gymnast and 4-year Quincy University Collegiate Soccer Player – Julie Barron.
