Boys – 1st grade and older.- The curriculum focuses on learning skills on the men’s Olympic Events (still rings, parallel bars, horizontal bar, floor and vault).
- The trampoline, tumble tramp, mini tramp, resi pit, free foam pit and rope climb supplement the curriculum.
- Creative warm-ups start each class hour to motivate and fascinate children.
- Lesson plans include return stations at each event to allow for independent learning and movement. Return stations are fitness focused to help build strength and flexibility.
- Strength conditioning is incorporated into each lesson plan to develop strength for gymnastics and ALL OTHER SPORTS.
- Students will be evaluated within every 9/10 week term; “Ribbon and Star Incentive Program.”
- Students have the opportunity to participate in the year-end Arising Stars Performance on April 17 and 18, 2010.
- Teachers are professionally trained and safety certified for the benefit of your child.
