$142.00 – Terms 1, 2 & 5 (Summer) for all classes except B-Fit Fitness (See below).

PAY TERMS

The school year is divided into four pay terms.

• Term 1 – Aug. 16 thru Oct. 17 includes 9 classes.
• Term 2 -Oct. 18 thru Dec. 19 includes 9 classes.
• Term 3 – Jan. 3 thru March 13 includes 10 classes.
• Term 4 -March 14 thru May 22 includes 10 classes.
• Term 5 (Summer) – TBD includes 9 classes.

DISCOUNTS

• Multi-Class Discount: 20% Discount – Take an additional class and receive a 20% discount on each additional class.
• Family Discount: 20% Discount – Only ONE tuition in your family pays full price. All lesser tuitions are discounted 20%.
• Only ONE clinic/camp tuition in your family pays full price. All other siblings pay the discounted tuition.

ENROLLMENT FEE

• Terms 1-4: $35.00 for an individual or $50.00 per family. All students are required to pay a one time a year enrollment fee at the time of enrollment.
• Term 5 (summer) FREE – As part of our summer special this fee is waived for all new students for the Summer Program. Enrollment Fee will not be due until after the Summer Program, when all students are required to pay a $35.00 – Individual Annual Enrollment Fee or $50.00 – Family Annual Enrollment Fee.

PRO RATING

• Student registration is accepted at any time if openings are available. Tuition will be pro-rated according to the number of weeks remaining within the pay term.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

• We believe we offer the finest childrens’ program in the St. Louis area. If after your child’s first month of classes (new students only), you are not satisfied for any reason, we will refund 100% of your tuition.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

• As a convenience to our customers we accept VISA, MasterCard or Discover cards to pay for tuition or other activities.

SNOW POLICY & MAKE UP CLASSES

• In the event of inclement weather, please call to find out if classes are canceled. The message for morning classes will be available by 8:30 a.m. and for evening classes 2:30 p.m. We do not follow any school districts closings.
• Term 1-4 Makeups: We allow 2 make-up options for 2 classes missed due to illness per pay term. Both options are held on Saturdays from 11:30 am – 12:30 pm. Call office to schedule make-up or request an open gym pass. Policies are available at front desk or on our website.
• Term 5 Makeups: Our FLEXIBLE PROGRAM allows you to make-up missed classes during other class times or Free Open Gym. Open Gyms held on Mondays and Tuesdays, 12:30 pm-1:30 pm.

PRIVATE LESSONS

• Call the office for fee schedule and to arrange times. Students must be enrolled in one of Barron Gymnastics programs to schedule private lessons.
