SUPER INFLATABLE PRIVATE PARTY FORMAT COST:

  • $198.00 up to 15 Children
  • $7.00 for each additional child up to 20 children
  • 1 hour gymnastics party including Giant Inflatable with Obstacle Course and 2 Slides
  • inflatable21/2 hour for presents and refreshments supplied by the parents (no frozen treats)
  • A $50.00 non-refundable deposit will reserve your party (balance due day of party)

OPEN GYM VALUE PARTY FORMAT COST:

  • $118.00 up to 10 Children
  • $6.00 for each additional child
  • 1 hour of unstructured, supervised time during our Saturday Open Gym including all of our gymnastic and recreational equipment.
  • 1/2 hour for presents and refreshments supplied by the parents. (no frozen treats)
  • 1st Grade or older
  • A $50.00 non-refundable deposit will reserve your party (balance due day of party)

BIRTHDAY PARTY TIPS FOR PARENTS

pic_party41. Include release form with your invitations. Download the release form, which includes a map to the gym -  Download PDF.

2. All participants must bring release form to party signed by their parent/guardian. (NO RELEASE – NO PARTICIPATION)

3. For safety and organization there are NO PARENTS allowed in the gym except for the photographer and adults assisting young children.

4. All adults entering the gym MUST sign a blanket release form available at the front desk during party.

5. Have children wear appropriate clothing for a fun and active party.

6. Party Format – Private Parties:

  • pic_party2Approximately 1 hour in gym Planned & Organized by your qualified gymnastics teacher.
  • 20 minutes in your private party room to celebrate! We provide a clean party room with a white tablecloth. Refreshments are provided by parents. Due to the Fun Active party in the gym we recommend only individual refreshments. (Ex. cupcakes & box drinks)
  • 10 minutes in viewing area to open gifts at your personal gift table. If more time is necessary for larger parties with more gifts, the refreshment time can be adjusted to less than 20 minutes. Please advise your party hostess at start of party.

7. Party Format – Open Gym Value Parties:

  • One hour of unstructured, supervised time during our Saturday Open Gym.
  • 30 minutes in your private party room to celebrate with refreshments and gift opening. We provide a clean party room with a white tablecloth. Refreshments are provided by parents. Due to the Fun Active party in the gym we recommend only individual refreshments. (Ex. cupcakes & box drinks)

8. Recommendations:

  • birthday_giftshopArrive only 10 minutes prior to the scheduled party time.
  • Check in with the party teacher at front desk.
  • Guests should place gifts on personalized gift table upstairs.
  • Shoes and socks removed and placed under your bleacher area.
  • Collect and hand in all release forms from all participants to party teacher.
  • Please have children sit on the bleachers until your party teacher comes up and is ready to start your party.
