Our teachers, coaches, and administrators are at the center of what makes Barron Gymnastics stand out as one of the best gym clubs in the country. They are hired for their admirable talents, strong character, impressive credentials, and genuine desire to help children gain success while building confidence in the sport. While each of our staff is unique, they share the common goal of recognizing each student and teaching them to “build skills for life”.
Every one of our staff members must complete an extensive 6-week training program that has been customized to enhance their ability to teach within our curriculum which is unique to Barron Gymnastics. This training program guarantees that our teachers have approximately 80 hours of training before independently teaching their own classes. It has been developed through a great deal of research from continued education at local, regional, national and international conferences and from traveling all over the United States and other countries in order to bring the best teaching methods and techniques to our students.
