Barron Cares Program

We have developed the Barron Cares Program, specifically designed to provide a clean, safe, and positive environment.

WHAT WILL REMAIN THE SAME

1. Caring, expert instruction by our highly trained, child-centered instructors
2. Exclusively designed curriculum to teach high quality gymnastics classes from classic gymnastics tumbling and trampoline.
3. Customer Service staff willing to go above and beyond to make our family’s comfortable and satisfied.
4. Bonding with your child in the gym environment
5. Exclusive Ribbon & Stars Evaluation Program, promoting goal setting and enhanced communication with how your child is progressing with skills.

STAFF AND CURRICULUM-SPECIFIC GUIDELINES

1. Providing masks for all of our employees. Teachers will wear mask when they are within 6′.
2. Teachers will wear masks when spotting is necessary for safe learning.
3. Class times will be 55-minutes, allowing for a complete lesson while providing a safe traffic flow between classes.
4. Staggered our class start and end times.
5. Provided numerous sanitation stations in the gym so students and teachers can disinfect their hands regularly throughout class.

FACILITY GUIDELINES

1. Created separate entrances and exits.
2. Added 1,500 square feet of padded area for safe spacing between independent stations and additional high quality instruction.
3. Hired Hillyard, a local professional cleaning company. After completing a full walk through of our facility, they designed a cleaning and disinfecting system/schedule unique to our building and the customers we serve.
4. Providing numerous sanitation stations throughout the facility.

CUSTOMER GUIDELINES

1. Arrive 5 minutes before their scheduled class time.
2. Sanitize your hands in the facility with provided sanitation stations.

PARENT & TOT STUDENTS

BEFORE CLASS

1. Arrive 5 minutes prior to class time with one healthy caregiver.
2. A teacher will greet you at the gym door and you will place your belongings in a cubby inside the gym.
3. Your class will begin with a warm up led by your teacher in an area designated specifically for your class.

AFTER CLASS

1. Retrieve your belongings from cubbies, and exit through front door.

JUNIOR & SCHOOL AGE STUDENTS

BEFORE CLASS

1. Arrive 5 minutes before their scheduled class time.
2. All viewing is located upstairs on the mezzanine. If necessary, utilize our cubbies located on the mezzanine to store your child’s belongings. Your child will be greeted by a teacher at the gym door at class time and guided to their warm-up area.

AFTER CLASS

1. A teacher will bring your child up to meet you, and you will exit the building through the mezzanine door.
