Per the make-up policy: By reporting this absence, I understand that the office will automatically place an open gym pass on file for the absence. Open Gym passes are valid for one year from the date of absence and can be transferred to others.

Open Gym is one hour of supervised, unstructured time to practice skills. Teachers are available for assistance. Children in kindergarten and younger must have an adult accompany them in the gym for safety. Open Gyms are held select Saturdays during the school year and weekdays during summer. For faster check-in and a guaranteed spot, please pre-register through your Parent Portal. Registration is based on availability.
